Wexplo is an AI-powered exploration companion that provides location-triggered audio stories, guided tours, voice-based Q&A, group exploration, and related features. Content is generated by artificial intelligence and enhanced with text-to-speech technology.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Stories, narrations, and responses generated by Wexplo are created by artificial intelligence and are provided for entertainment and general informational purposes only.

• AI-generated content may contain factual inaccuracies, outdated information, or creative embellishments
• Content should not be relied upon as a sole source of historical, cultural, or geographical fact
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content
• Content does not constitute professional advice (travel, legal, medical, or otherwise)

5. User-Generated Content

You may create personal tours, submit feedback, and interact with other users. By submitting content to the Service, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service
• Represent that you own or have the right to share such content
• Agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms.

8. Location-Based Services

Wexplo uses your device's location to provide content relevant to your surroundings. You acknowledge that:

• Do not operate the app while driving unless using hands-free audio mode with the phone securely mounted
• Do not trespass or enter restricted areas to reach a point of interest
• Follow all local laws, regulations, and posted signs at locations you visit
• Safety alerts in the app are advisory only and may not reflect current conditions
• We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur while using the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wexplo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Reliance on AI-generated content
• Interruption or unavailability of the Service
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account
• Actions taken based on location-based recommendations

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing notice in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law
